Is your company registered with Companies House? 

Yes, our company is registered with Companies house our registration number is 13986277. 

Do you carry Insurance? 

Yes, we carry £5 million public liability insurance, As well as Employers Liability insurance. 

Are your Joiners Qualified? 

Yes, all our team are timed served within their specific trade. They have also completed their NVQ L2 Carpentry & Joinery Qualifications. 

Do the door materials come with any warranty? 

Yes, all our materials are supplied to us directly from the individual door manufactures each door comes with a warrant directly from them. The length of the warranty depends on the door you choose for your home. 

Do you take a booking deposit? 

Yes, once we have completed the free home measure and provided a written quotation, we ask that a small deposit is required to secure your fitting date. We then deducted this from the final labour cost at the end of the work being completed.

Do you take material money before the job? 

Yes, we do as it can be quite costly to order a house of 10 doors and all their ironmongery. We ask this for a week before so we can get the materials in stock at our office. This enables the joiners to pick these up from there the morning that the job commences. We don’t however ask for the fitting cost before completion of the job. However, we ask once we are finished you make the final payment before the fitting team leave. 

What Payment types do you accept? 

We accept Bank Transfers, Card Payments, Cash Payments. 
 
Our office team and all 4 Joinery vans are loaded up with a card reader for the ease of making any payments. 

Do you dispose of waste from the Job? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to dispose of waste from site this is down to the customer to arrange collection of their own materials. We can however arrange a skip on behalf of the customer to dispose of all the old materials that way.
